Shipping policy (Delivery outside of Thailand)

THAI EXOTIC GREENERY CO., LTD ("TEG") informs our Shipping policy (Delivery outside of Thailand) as follows:

- For USA orders,

You will get your order with no importation work on your end.
Your orders will be shipped with air cargo from Thailand to Miami. An air freight surcharge will be added automatically at checkout and is calculated from the total dimensional weight of your order (a minimum of 1 kg). This charge covers the cost of transport from Thailand to Miami and is mandatory and non-refundable. The rate is at $13.5 per kilogram.
TEG handles all paperwork and clearance associated with the export and import of plants (airport, customs, and USDA clearance). TEG subsidizes these associated charges.
Your order will be shipped domestically from Miami with FedEx after clearance. This shipping cost is non-refundable.
For the best plant condition, we recommend choosing a shipping method with 3-day delivery or faster (like FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2Day).
There is no minimum quantity of plants per order.
Your order can be shipped to California.

- TEG or our agents deliver the products to the address specified in the order within the agreed time frame. Anyone at the delivery address who receives products is presumed by TEG to be authorized to receive the products.

- TEG commits to ship the plants as soon as possible after full payment is received.

Delivery date will be based on courier or air cargo availability
TEG announces the next shipping date on our website

- TEG always chooses the best specimens to be shipped. Although the plants are strong, they may be damaged due to handling, packing, inspection, repacking, transportation, and weather conditions.

- Due to international export regulations, TEG cannot receive returns from other countries. If the plants arrive in poor conditions or incorrect plants are shipped, please report immediately within the first 3 days after the package is delivered. After this deadline, no claim is accepted.

Claims of cosmetic damages, including but not limited to broken/cracked leaves or flowers and partial root rot, are not accepted
Shipping charges, for example, air freight surcharge and domestic transport, are non-refundable
Claims of sale items or gift cards are not accepted
To be eligible for a refund, videos and pictures during box opening and root inspection are required
Please report to us via our Facebook page messenger (https://facebook.com/tegnursery)
All refund applications are carefully considered and given in full or partially at our discretion
Do not dispose original merchandise
Do not alter original merchandise
We may ask for returns of the original merchandise to our representative in your country

- TEG is not responsible for our customer plants after this claim period

Shipment to a requested airport

- For delivery to requested airport or airport pick up, our customer needs to do customs clearance and cover all the import expenses. It is our customer's responsibility to make sure that all plants in the shipment are allowed in the destination country. Our customer has required permits for importation.

- TEG assists our customers in importing plants as follows:

TEG provides invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, non-GMO certificate, and AWB for customs clearance only upon request prior to shipment
Other additional documents may be requested with additional cost
TEG is not responsible for failure to clear customs due to insufficient documents if our customers fail to request documents prior to shipment

- TEG may add, remove, and change these terms and conditions without notice. It is our customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time the order is placed.

บริษัท ไทยเอ็กซอติกกรีนเนอร์รี่ จำกัด บริการจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศไทย ด้วยบริการจัดส่งของบริษัท ขนส่ง เอกชน และ บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด จัดส่งมาตรฐานภายใน 2-7 วันทำการ

หมายเหตุ

บริษัท ไทยเอ็กซอติกกรีนเนอร์รี่ จํากัด จะเริ่มนับระยะเวลาจัดส่งสินค้า เมื่อได้รับหลักฐานยืนยันการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าแล้วกรุณาแจ้งการชำระเงินก่อน เวลา 12:00 น. เนื่องจากทางร้านจะได้บรรจุสินค้าให้ท่านภายในวันนั้นเลย เพราะหากท่านแจ้งหลังจากเวลาที่กำหนดไว้นั้นทางร้านจำเป็นต้องบรรจุสินค้าให้ท่านในวันถัดไป แต่อย่างไรก็ตามอาจเกิดความล่าช้าได้เนื่องจากหลายปัจจัย อาทิเช่น สภาพอากาศ, สภาพการจราจร, เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง และปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม โดยระยะเวลาจัดส่งขึ้นอยู่กับสถานที่รับสินค้า ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งเป็นระยะเวลาโดยประมาณ ขึ้นอยู่กับบริษัทฯที่ทำการจัดส่ง

กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑลฯ ลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าภายใน 2-7 วันทำการ หลังจากวันที่ชำระเงินพร้อมกับแจ้งที่อยู่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
ต่างจังหวัดจะได้รับสินค้า 2-7 วันทำการ หลังจากวันที่ชำระเงินพร้อมกับแจ้งที่อยู่เรียบร้อยแล้ว

ลูกค้าจะได้รับการยืนยันการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากบริษัท ไทยเอ็กซอติกกรีนเนอร์รี่ จํากัด
สินค้าจะได้รับการจัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่ที่ระบุไว้ในส่วนของที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่งสินค้าเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่จัดส่งได้อีก เมื่อได้รับยืนยันการจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว
กรุณาตรวจนับสินค้า และเช็คสภาพสินค้า เมื่อได้รับสินค้าทันที
สำหรับการจัดส่งนอกประเทศไทย ทางบริษัทฯ มีบริการจัดทำใบรับรองปลอดศัตรูพืช (Phytosanitary certificate) และการขนส่งทางอากาศ (Air cargo) และ/หรือ Courier ขอให้ลูกค้าติดต่อทางบริษัทฯ เพื่อขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
